About me
Here’s my bio. I figured it would be helpful to anyone suffering from cluster headaches to look for similarities. I’m curious to find any patterns or possible causations as to why I’m one of the lucky ones. Anything missing? Let me know.
I am a white male, 5′10″, 170 lbs. I have had just about any kind of headache you can imagine. Since I don’t want to update this every year, I was born in 1970. You can do the math to figure out my age today.
I rarely drink (never ever during a cluster cycle). I don’t smoke. My mom was a smoker, all through my growing up years and even while pregnant with me (I always wonder if that has something to do with my headaches).
I need to exercise more. I have off and on… right now I’m off. Wish I knew a good way to fit this into my life. Still working on that.
I’m a husband and a dad. I live in central Iowa. I hate winter. I also hate it when the sun is on the other side of the equator, because I do not like short days. I probably have SAD (seasonal affective disorder).
I work with computers, so I sit in a dark office all day. My latest office has no external light coming in, which kind of stinks.
